-We do ship worldwide
• How long do you take to make and deliver my order?
-It takes a total of 14 days maximum. This does depend on the volume of orders. We will contact you via email if it make take longer than 14 days.
• Can I get my order sooner for an event?
-Please contact us if you need your by a specific date. We will prioritize your order and get it delivered to you as soon as we can.
• Can we request to make minor modifications ?
-As long as this does not make a major change to our design you can contact us to request a minor modification e.g. To close/open an abaya.
• How can I make sure my order fits me right?
-We do offer a made to measure service you have the option to send us your measurements or you can choose your size .
• Can I get an exchange / refund ?
-All pieces are handmade therefore we do not offer this service.
