Due to all orders being hand made / made to order we do not offer the service to exchange or refund on any orders.

Please make sure all measurements given and sizes are correct before placing your order (please refer to size chart)

If you receive your item and it does not fit (larger) we are able to do free minor alterations excluding postage.

All orders are tracked. We promise to deliver all UK orders with in 14 days but we can not guarantee this as there maybe delays with the courier. During busy periods (Lead up to Eid) all orders will take the full 14 days to make and there maybe be slight delays due to the volume of orders. We will email you if we believe your order may be delayed. For all international orders please allow an additional 5-7 working days for delivery when choosing the flat rate option. If you choose the Dhl option it guarantees shipping within 2-6 days. Please note if you are ordering outside of the UK you may need to pay a customs charge.
